- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting processes when necessary.
- Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
