We are looking for Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the daily follow-ups for work
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation to support departmental functions.
- General office admin duties including file organization, document management
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Monitor the staffs work schedule

**Requirements**:

- Must know Tagalog and English (male/female)
- Experience in admin work
- Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good organizational
- Knowledge for formal Arabic and English (read/write)

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tagalog and English (required)
