- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, attendance, leaves and other benefits
- Timekeeping using Replicon
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Creating and distributing guidelines/memos
- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Other tasks as requested by management

Requirements and Skills:

- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Office/Document Control/Receptionist
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Familiarity with project management

**Salary**: From AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR Admin/Document Controller: 3 years (required)
