**Job Title**: HR & Admin Assistant

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. The HR & Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and human resources department. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to HR-related duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Management**:Handle and manage the day-to-day activities at the reception area.

**HR Documentation**:Administer HR-related documentation, including Offer Letters, Insurances, and personnel documents.

**Accounting Support**:Assist the Accounts Department in tasks such as Receivables, Petty cash posting, and filing.

**Office Maintenance**:Manage office stationery and coordinate office repairs/maintenance when needed.

**PRO Support**:Assist the PRO in preparing documents for visa processing, offer letters, camp issues, and medical insurances.

**HR Records**:Maintain and file employee time sheets/attendance, employee 201 files, and leave records.

**Onboarding and Offboarding**:Handle employee joining formalities, exit processes, final settlement, and document handovers.

**Recruitment Support**:Post job openings, shortlist CVs, coordinate with recruitment agencies, schedule interviews, and conduct testing.

**Offer Letters**:Issue offer letters and gather required documents for visa processing.

**Orientation**:Orient newly hired staff on company policies, procedures, and culture.

**Policy Development**:Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures as needed.

**Secretarial Support**:Assist other departments with secretarial and clerical functions.

**Company PQD**:Update the company's Personnel Qualification Document (PQD) as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar HR and administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive and proactive attitude.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (required)
- MEP ADMIN: 2 years (required)
