**Shisha Supervisor**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the shisha area.
- Train, mentor, and manage shisha staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the shisha lounge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and manage shisha inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Stay current with trends and new products in the shisha industry to recommend updates and improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
**Qualification**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or shisha environment.
- Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Shisha Man**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve shisha (hookah) to guests in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all shisha equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding shisha flavors and combinations.
- Maintain a clean and organized shisha preparation area.
- Monitor and manage shisha inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow health and safety regulations related to shisha service.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest experience.
**Qualification**:
- Previous experience in shisha preparation and service is preferred.
- Knowledge of various shisha flavors, equipment, and preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Hostess**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal use of the dining area.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely seating and smooth guest transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.
- Assist with special events and large party arrangements as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Waiter/Waitress**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that orders are prepared to the guests' satisfaction.
- Check in with guests to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and address any issues or requests.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Extra Qualification:
- Must need to have minimum educational qualification.
- Must be proficient in English & Arabic.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English/Arabic/Russian/French/Spanish (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Food Safety Training (preferred)
