Resposibilities:
- Preparing and keep records of financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash,LPO etc.
- strong follow up for purchase orders, payments, company needs and requirements
- Take care of Vat filing and tax refound procedures
- Existing and new employees documentation
- Represent us and communicate with Government Institutions
- Personal assistance (air tickets, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations etc.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Analitical, communication, hard working, well organised, multi-tasker
**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
