Receptionist Document Controller

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage office logistics.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
**Document Control Duties**:
- Receive, verify, and accurately log all incoming and outgoing documents in the document management system.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files, ensuring secure, accurate, and accessible records.
- Control and monitor the distribution of documents to comply with internal policies.
- Assist in creating standardized document templates and formats for the organization.
- Regularly audit and update document archives to ensure completeness and accuracy.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining common areas.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide necessary documentation support.
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems according to company standards.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or document controller.**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Full proficiency in Arabic (read, write, speak) is required.**:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
