Regional Sales Manager UAE

**responsibilities (not exhaustive)**
- Manage the sales activities for our LMS-LXP platforms / L & D solutions in given
geography of Middle East, covering enterprise accounts business development and
channel partner development ensuring the company’s annual sales targets for the
country are met
- Lead business development by generating leads through self-generated leads and
working closely with our demand generation teams.
- Identifying and building close relationships with HR technology and consulting firms
providing solutions and services to companies in Middle East
- Individual should have strong capabilities to conduct all online / in-person solution
demonstrations and carry our presentations to prospective leads with an aim to explain
the complete solution offering in English and Mandarin
- Use existing relationships to grow business with new clients and do account
management with current client accounts to cross sell other Disprz services
- Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients
- Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams of Disprz to prompt timely collection of receivables
from our customers
- Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media
showcase events
- Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional
material, concept and case study videos, etc. in Mandarin(if required)
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle
- Build the DISPRZ brand in the given markets with high level representations in all given
activities
**education / skill set**
**Some key functionalities include**:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management from a top Business school /
university
- Formal Knowledge of learning design and science, digital content development, and
learning technologies and tools
**experience**
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ B2B enterprise experience in selling SaaS Products, Banking
Products or doing Learning and Development consultative sales with Middle East region
and global companies
English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
- Past experience of sales with HR Heads, Learning and Development Heads and
Business Heads of known and reputed ME region companies
- At least 3 years proven sales record in a reasonably sized market of ME
technology products like HRMS solution, Employee engagement solution, LMS, Talent
management solution and Recruitment platform solution
- Experience in corporate learning and development is a plus
