Job Title: Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales activities.

This position offers a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
