- Experience in strategy consulting or similar work requiring project management and executive communication
- Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA
- Experience working in a consulting firm, investment banking or Chief of Staff roles
- Ability to work with ambiguity and to work in fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach
- Good networking skills, with the ability to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and demonstrated influencing skills
- Extensive analytical and problem solving skills coupled with strong business acumen

**About the job**:
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will work in direct partnership with the Country Leadership and Country Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to support maximum efficiency of operations in that market. You will work well at navigating and partnering with cross-functional senior level stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to enable leadership success. You’ll drive projects and initiatives forward in a structured manner.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive cross-functional collaborative initiatives and coordination primarily with Global Functions (People Operations, Finance, Communications, Tax, Policy, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful completion, support the Country Director/Country GTM and enable the country success (e.g. operating rhythm for key cross-functional forums; work with Google experts to help drive decisions)
- Support programs to help arrange internal communications (e.g. site events, Country Director People and Culture initiatives) and external engagements and outreach
- Assume leadership and day-to-day responsibility for projects as determined by the Go-To-Market (GTM) Country Lead
- Serve as an advisor to the Country Director and Country GTM Lead
- Drive best-practice sharing across similar archetype markets and EMEA
