**Job Title: Operations Clerk**

**Location**: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

**Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Processing**: Execute various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and currency exchange.

1. Process/verifies telegraphic transfers, both incoming and outgoing thru FTS (Fund Transfer Team) and SWIFT.

2. Investigate and answers remittance related queries from Central Banks and Foreign Correspondent Banks
- **Data Entry**: Input and maintain customer information, transaction records, and other relevant data into the banking system with precision and attention to detail.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their banking needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures at all times to uphold the integrity and security of banking operations.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze reports related to operational activities, identify discrepancies or trends, and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.
- **Support**: Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to support overall operational efficiency and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct periodic audits and reviews to verify the accuracy and completeness of transactional data and documentation, making corrections as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar operational role within the banking or financial services industry.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or coursework in banking or finance is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency, especially Arabic, is advantageous.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and deadlines in a fast-paced banking environment.
- **Integrity**: Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
