**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized female individual to join our team as a Receptionist-cum-Secretary. She will be the first point of contact for the company, managing the front desk and providing administrative support to construction department. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong multitasking abilities, who can handle both secretarial duties and department-specific administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for Construction Manager.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist the Construction manager and senior management with secretarial tasks such as but not limited to preparing documents, managing communications, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Use Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and present reports for management review.
- Generate and maintain various departmental and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with various departments and supporting their administrative needs.
- Support HR with employee onboarding, records management, and other related tasks as needed.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, with around 3 years of experience in the same or a relevant field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in preparing construction reports and handling financial documents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Preferably Female.

**Salary and Benefits**:
AED 5000/- to 6000/- pm. 22 working days paid annual leave with air ticket for self, medical insurance and life insurance for self.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
