**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused **Showroom Receptionist** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring they are greeted warmly and assisted professionally. You will also manage key front desk functions, support the sales team, and maintain an organized showroom environment. Your role is vital in promoting a positive customer experience and representing the company with pride.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet customers and visitors upon arrival and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Keep the showroom reception area tidy, organized, and fully stocked with brochures, marketing materials, and refreshments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and customer database maintenance.
- Support the sales and operations teams by ensuring smooth customer flow and managing daily logs of visitors.
- Ensure all visitors adhere to showroom protocols, including signing in and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist with showroom events, launches, and customer engagement activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to support showroom operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **UAE Nationality** (as per UAE labor law requirements).
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, office administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
