HR / Administration Assistant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Duties**:_
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage leads, inquiries and data for the sales department.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Order and manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-maintained.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of company events and meetings.
- **Human Resources Duties**:_
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientations.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and other relevant documents.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is a MUST.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
