HR and Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Support**: Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll processing.
**Office Administration**: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
**Documentation & Reporting**: Help organize and maintain HR documents and employee records.
**Internal Communication**: Support internal communication by distributing memos, updates, and other important notices to staff.
**General Administrative Support**: Assist other departments with various administrative needs and ensure the office runs efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
**Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred but not required.
**Skills**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
