HR Assistant Arabic Speaker

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor law.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize training and development programs.
- Handle documentation related to employee contracts and terminations.
- Utilize real estate industry knowledge to understand specific HR needs within the sector.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Previous experience in HR roles within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
