**Marketing & Lead Generation**:

- Develop, implement, and manage effective marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Optimize website content and performance to enhance search engine rankings and generate leads through SEO strategies.
- Manage and analyze paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs, provide regular reports on campaign performance, and suggest optimizations to drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with senior management to design marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Research and identify new lead generation channels and opportunities to maximize business growth.

**Office Management & Administration**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Manage office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Act as the point of contact for HR-related matters, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of office documentation, including contracts, HR records, and financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and office management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage office operations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in marketing and office software, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
