Contact Center Agent

Keep purpose of this role is to be centralized contact for organiser, exhibitors, contactors, visitor, tenant, or mass-market customers; providing real-time response, fast resolution, standardised service quality and enhanced business insights.
Handle customer orders by scripting new order and/or validating and processing existing orders in CRM system. Follow-up with service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of requested service.
Perform outreach activities to generate quality leads, client on
- boarding or close the feedback loop through case management.
Handle support requests, complaints or feedback by logging all tickets in case management system. Follow-up with internal team and /or 3rd party for timely resolution and closure of customer cases
Fast past 24/7 customer contact environment. The job requires working in shift-based office environment and /or public holidays with rotational day-offs.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
