Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and ensure they receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
- Utilize your knowledge of industrial hardware to assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering detailed product information as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our showroom to provide an inviting shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments securely.
- Support inventory management by assisting with restocking products and maintaining accurate records.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better serve our customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a billing counter role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of the industrial hardware field is essential for success in this role.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
