"Front Office Executive (Female) to be based in Ajman (Industrial Area)

This is a Temporary Position for 5 months, and hence female applicants on Father/Husband Visa will only be considered:


  • Applicants should be willing to work in our office, in Ajman Industrial Area am to 06.00 pm 6 Days a week)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception Duties:

Greet visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the our products, services, and operations.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Business Communication:

Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, employees, and vendors professionally.

Ensure all communication reflects the company's brand image and values.

MS Office Proficiency:

Correspondence Skills:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.

Prepare official correspondence, memos, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.

Telephone Etiquettes:

Manage and operate the telephone system with courtesy and professionalism.

Take accurate messages and forward calls to the appropriate recipients promptly.

Handle client inquiries and complaints over the phone with tact and diplomacy.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for clients and internal staff.

Maintain the calendar of key personnel to ensure proper time management.

Visitor Management:

Issue visitor passes and maintain a visitor log for security and tracking purposes.

Escort visitors to designated areas or personnel as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Multitasking:

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.

Problem Solving:

Resolve minor issues and inquiries independently or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintaining Supplies:

Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations and exceptional customer service.
