Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of real estate documents such as contracts, leases, agreements, and listings.
- Interact professionally with clients, prospects, and partners, handling inquiries, providing information, and facilitating communication between parties.
- Maintain and update databases, and client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate appointments, property showings, and meetings, liaising with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure smooth scheduling and execution.
- Oversee general office operations, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mail distribution, maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and client interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 per month
