**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The administrative assistant's role is to ensure that office operations run smoothly and that the office is well-maintained and organized.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Answering and Directing Calls**: Serve as the first point of contact for the office by answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for managers and staff. Maintain calendars and ensure accuracy in scheduling.
- **Data Entry and Filing**: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible. Input and manage data accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
- **Preparing Documents**: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by managers or staff. Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- **Ordering and Maintaining Office Supplies**: Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed. Ensure office supplies are stocked and readily available for staff use.
- **Assisting with Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements for managers and staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure travel-related documents are organized.
- **Expense Tracking**: Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation, including processing expense reports and receipts.
- **Providing Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, and filing documents, photocopying, and maintaining office equipment.
**Requirements**:
- Must have and proven experience in Google sheet and Microsoft. And must have excellent typing skills.
- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and visitors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. Experience with database management and data entry preferred.
- **Discretion and Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to assist others as needed.

4000 AED-5000AED
**Experience**:
Must have experience as Administrative assistant for at least 4 years and more
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
