At Sensations, we are actively searching for a talented **Sales Head** to take a crucial role in fostering new relationships and generating leads. The aim is to create fresh opportunities, both from prospective clients and existing accounts. Reporting directly to **Management**. His pivotal position is instrumental in driving our growth and forging valuable connections in the dynamic landscape of business development.

**SENSATIONS EXHIBITS - DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify, qualify, and facilitate the closure of business opportunities for exhibits and trade shows within Sensations Exhibits.
- Drive consistent growth in leads, sales, and revenue through strategic initiatives.
- Analyze trade shows, floor plans, and exhibit footprints across various verticals, developing immediate outreach plans for optimal results.
- Uphold a positive mindset, foster teamwork, and serve as an exemplary brand ambassador for Sensations Exhibits.
- Beyond acquiring new clients, focus on generating recurring revenue from existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities across Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Grasp common opportunities and challenges within diverse market industries, tailoring Sensations Exhibit's product offerings to meet individual client needs.
- Possess a robust understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, margins, and production processes.
- Collaborate with Group Account Directors, Project Managers, Account Managers, Creatives, and other internal teams to collaboratively solve and close new opportunities.
- Thoroughly document all sales and prospecting activities within Sensations Exhibit’s systems, including calls, presentations, new opportunities, and follow-up actions.
- Engage with potential clients, actively listen, and translate their needs into clear and concise summaries based on your expertise.
- Demonstrate business acumen in the experiential marketplace, providing regular updates on weekly targets and accomplishments while seeking support from team members when needed.
- Respond to RFPs and leads from Sensations Exhibits, its network, and marketing channels.
- Participate in local and national industry organizations to promote the Sensations Exhibits brand and expand your network.
- Provide guidance to team members based on your expertise and success at Sensations Exhibits.
- Develop strategies and tactics for identifying and cultivating short and long-term sales opportunities.
- Lead sales efforts for medium to large accounts, with an annual target of up to $1 Million.
- Facilitate meetings between senior management and prospective clients.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, and address challenges that may arise.

**DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in trade shows, exhibits, and events.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of outbound sales experience with a successful quota-carrying track record.
- Proficiency in lead generation, prospect management, and sales systems, particularly Sensations Exhibit’s systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic learner with superior creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a consistent history of above-average performance evaluations.
- Ability to thrive in an environment marked by constant change and tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with innovative ideas and the capacity to work collaboratively or autonomously.
- Evidence of continuous growth through education, skills training, and professional development.
