**Job Purpose**:
To perform given office work and keep office space and Pantry clean and organized.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Sort and route incoming materials.
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Operates manual and electrical mailing equipment.
- Attend calls and pass on the messages to the concerned persons.
- Carry documents from one office to another office.
- Operate photocopying machine and fax machines.
- Maintain stationary stock and distributing it to the staff.
- Take care of cleanliness of the office and equipment/furniture.
- Arrange refreshment for the guests.
- Serving Tea and other condiments to guests, Clients and Senior Management.
- Keeping pantry neat and clean at all times.
- Serving Lunch or eatables to senior Management, Clients and Guests.
- Attend to the staff during meetings, trainings and seminars.
- Additional duties may include answering telephones and some data entry.
- Assist other office staff in performing their duties.
- Make logistic arrangements for the meetings/workshops.
- Maintain office equipment such as fax machines, telephones, photocopying machines etc. and report malfunctioning to the management.

**Competencies Required**:

- Ability to read and write simple English.
- Knowledge of the designation of various office sand staff in the division.
- Ability to operate photocopying machine & attend to minor repairs.
- Knowledge of operation of office equipment.
- Ability to understand the orders.
- Ability to write and read instructions.

**Educational Qualification**:

- High School

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- office aide: 1 year (preferred)
