Hiring Urgently for a Native Hindi speaking HR Administrator for a reputed FMCG company in Ras Al Khaimah
**Responsibilities**:
The key responsibility of this position is to administer and assists most functions in the HR & Admin with emphasis on HR Recruitment Workflow, New hire set-up legitimacies, support in Compensation & Benefits, MIS & HR Dashboard, and HR Administrative tasks. Contributes to the accomplishment of HR practices and objectives that will provide employee onboarding, high-performance culture, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. This role helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the existing HR & Admin Executive; reports to the HR and Admin Manager, and other department Managers with HR & Admin matters.
Experiences:
- 3-5Yrs of UAE Experience as an HR Admin
**Education**:
- Any Bachelors Degree or Eqivalent
Others
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Communication skill in English and Hindi should be outstanding
- Should be a Native Hindi Speaker
- Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
- Company will provide Free Food, Sharing Accomodation (if needed) and Transportation
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
