Job Title: Administrative assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and vendors
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Make travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Provide administrative support for business networking events and trainings
- Conduct research and provide reports on various topics as needed
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement
- Knowledge of the software industry and gemstone testing services is a plus
