Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee data both in soft and hard copy formats.
  • Keep track of employee attendance and record overtime hours.
  • Ensure that employee visas, licenses, and vehicle renewals are up to date.
  • Handle employee requests for leave, advances, and other related matters.
  • Issue warning letters and distribute salary increase letters as required.
  • Enter purchase invoices into the system on a daily basis.
  • Maintain document controls, ensuring the proper filing of all purchase and projectrelated documents.
  • Conduct company meetings, record accurate meeting minutes, and provide followup reports for the next meeting.
  • Oversee insurancerelated matters for employees, projects, and vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented and capable of working independently.
  • Must have a valid husband visa in the UAE.

Job Types:

AED1, AED1,900.00 per month
