**HR Assistant cum Personal Assistant**
**- **HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to HR Manager by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Their duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department, and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

**HR Assistant duties and responsibilities**
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

**AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT**:

- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 06/05/2024
