Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including making travel arrangements and managing logistics.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents, such as expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Support HR-related activities, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training programs.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure timely restocking.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficient in using productivity software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and terminology (preferred).
- Must have 2 to 3yrs experience.
