- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with HR and finance-related tasks.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Manage Document Control and others

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or related field in an oil and gas company
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
