We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions integral to our business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments within the organization, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Utilize your background in contracting to assist in managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication between parties involved.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of all company documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for retrieval as needed.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and liaising with building management to address any facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services required for office operations and projects.
- Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee events or training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, both written and verbal, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
