Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are always available.
Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.
**Reception and Front Desk**:Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel and handle basic customer service tasks.
**Communication**:Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication.
Distribute internal communications and announcements to staff.
**Financial Administration**:Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Support budgeting and financial reporting processes as needed.
**Event Coordination**:Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Input and maintain accurate data in databases.
Keep records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
**Problem Solving**:Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
**Compliance**:Ensure that the office operations comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
