Urgently in need HR administrator for a hotel in sharjah can join immediately.
- **Job Descriptions**:_
- Managing and maintaining staff records (personal files, passports, leave records, annual leave, gratuity, salary statements.
- Support HR implementation and policies.
- Conducting training and skills development.
- Preparing dues statement, resignation and termination of services.
- Generate company MEMOS and procedures according to hotel operational works.
- Identifying employee’s leave of absences, sick leave, overtime.
- Processing company car insurance policies, registration & transfer.
- Assist in the processing of monthly staff payroll.
- Preparing yearly staff Turn-over report.
- Manage staff accommodation and monthly inspection.
- Dealing with grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Writing job specifications and designing job adverts.
- Issuing job offer letters, appointment letters, time sheets & contracts of employment.
- Assist in the management of disciplinary and grievances issues in line with the company policies and UAE Lab our Law.
- Conducting Reward and recognition.
- Handling company licenses, permits, contracts, municipality health cards, certificates, insurances, municipality licenses, online government employee record.
- Coordinate with PRO of all immigration, government bodies with regards to employee visas, certificates,building contracts.
- Processing Medical Insurance claims, addition, and deletion.
- Participating daily briefing with the GM and HOD’s, discussing about various concerns, planning, resolving issues in daily operations.
- Handling staff accommodation tenancy contract, follow -up maintenance complaints.
- Coordinate with Sharjah Tourism regarding company requirements.
- Arranging staff flights bookings.
- Arranging medical tests, renewal of passports, memos resolution.
- Monitoring & updating the employee’s residence visa, passport out expiry date.
- Organizing periodic renewal of all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
- Arranging documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring. etc.
- Any other task as assigned by the directive manager as required.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
