**Job Title**: HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other related documents.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as employment verification letters, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Help organize and schedule HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process
- Prepare and distribute new hire orientation materials and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in conducting background checks and verification of employment eligibility.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
