**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Post job openings and assist in screening resumes.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

**Employee Training & Integration**:

- Provide training to new hires to help them integrate quickly into the company’s culture and workflows.
- Assist in managing employee performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.

**Compliance & Recordkeeping**:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, with a focus on visas and work permits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

**International Employee Support**:

- Assist in managing the visa, residency, and work permit processes for international employees to ensure compliance in Dubai.

**Employee Relations & Team Activities**:

- Handle day-to-day employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Organize team-building activities and events to promote positive team interactions and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- At least 2 plus years of experience in Human Resources specializing in recruitment and employee training and/or relations.
- Proven expertise in utilizing recruitment tools and a successful track record of hiring top talent.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
