We are looking for a HR Officer having at least 3+ years of Experience in UAE
**Full job description**
- Managing recruitment process for staff and facilitate the agencies and associated employment.
- Responsible for Implementation of HR policies of the company.
- Implementing all the HR forms, processes and procedures in compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
- Conducting interviews scrutinize and assist in finalization of new hiring including all documentation.
- Arranging new employee’s arrivals and conduct induction programs with coordination of ops team.
- Preparing all required documents for PRO for new visas and cancellations
- Managing Employee ID Cards; Labor Card, Health Card, Emirates ID & Work Contract etc.
- Maintain Personal Files, HR & other Employment records of all staff of the company.
- Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Manage and verify employee timekeeping records.
- Calculate and process leave salary, air ticket, bonuses, incentives, overtime, and deductions accurately.
- Other responsibilities that may assigned by the Line Manager.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
