HR Associate

As Human Resources Associate you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various HR functions to support the HR operations of the company. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with UAE Labor Laws, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits
- Handling Monthly Attendance and Payroll.
Compliance and Records Management
- Ensure compliance with UAE Regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and inspections as required.
Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Health and Safety
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs and training.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
HR Policies and Procedures
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Preparing Monthly Reports on Time.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required.
Pay: AED2,750.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
