HR Co-ordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to the HR department and assist in various HR functions.
- Responsibilities may include: Assisting in recruitment processes, such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assisting in employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Assisting in employee performance evaluation processes.
- Assisting in employee training and development initiatives.
- Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related information.
- Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Job Requirement**:
- Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR coordination or support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices and processes.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
