**Job Profile**:
The Human Resource Co-Ordinator will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, Performance Management, Off Boarding, etc. The diversity of responsibilities is vast, involving anything from employee hire till retirement. There will be a huge emphasis on company culture and employee wellbeing.
**Responsibilities**:
Compilation and revision of Job Descriptions, Policies, Procedures, Task Analysis and Employee Handbook.
Manage complete Onboarding process, Onboarding Kits, etc and welcome new employees’ upon their arrival and give them an office tour
Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Create and update clear policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Helping with job audits and HR investigations and following up with relevant parties
Manage performance management, probation and annual evaluation
Manage Offboarding Process and Conduct exit interview
Promote a Healthy Staff Culture with Staff feedback, events, awards, wellbeing programs
Provide a Schedule Analysis to Senior Management to ensure Rota Efficiency
Advise and support the Operations Manager, Management and Staff on UAE Labour Law regulations and compliance.
Administer and explain insurance benefits to employees, serve as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
Involved in monthly payroll processing - leave, salaries, deductions, approvals, etc.
Validate timesheets submitted by the timekeepers - company employees and outsourced manpower.

3-6 years of experience as HR Generalist/Analyst (essential).
