**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of IFS ERP functional consultants.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

**Implementation and Configuration**:

- Lead the implementation of the IFS ERP system, including configuration and customization.
- Ensure that IFS modules are configured to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for system integration and customization.

**Business Process Analysis**:

- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the ERP system.

**Support and Maintenance**:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the IFS ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to the ERP system.
- Ensure system updates and patches are applied according to best practices

**Training and Documentation**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement enhancements to improve the ERP system's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with IFS ERP updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Promote best practices and standardization across the team and organization.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with IFS ERP implementation and configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team leading role.
- Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, asset management or others.
- In-depth knowledge of IFS ERP modules and functionalities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database management.
- Familiarity with IFS customizations and extension tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- IFS ERP certification or other relevant certifications.
- Successful delivery of 1 full project lifecycle or completion of individual project phases.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a consulting role.
