AQUA Developments is looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee the purchasing and handover processes for our residential and commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of ensuring every client receives top-notch service and a seamless experience, from their first purchase inquiry to the final handover of their property.
**About the Role**:
As our Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the purchase stage to the property handover. You’ll be the central point of contact for clients, overseeing communication, resolving concerns, and guaranteeing exceptional service throughout. Your focus on managing customer expectations and fostering positive relationships will be vital in securing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the purchasing and handover process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
Oversee customer expectations, ensuring all promises are kept and that deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across construction, legal, and finance to ensure smooth, coordinated property purchases and handovers, addressing any cross-functional issues that arise.
Track handover progress, identifying any potential issues or delays and taking corrective action to keep everything on track.
Lead and coordinate the entire handover process, from scheduling to documentation and final property inspections.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Regularly review and evaluate customer service processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Requirements**:
Female, any nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer service, handover management, or a similar role within the real estate or property development industry.
Strong understanding of the property purchase and handover process and customer care best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
