We are seeking an experienced and organized Customer Services Manager / Office Manager to oversee customer service operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our office. This role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resolution of customer inquiries
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Oversee office operations, including administrative tasks, office supplies management, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the office
- Maintain office systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and organization
- Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and office management activities for senior management
- Foster a positive office environment, promoting teamwork and productivity

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service management and office administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
