**Краткое описание роли**:

- Ассоциированный коммерческий стратег будет являться частью функции коммерческой стратегии и операций и поможет определить способы улучшения наших текущих коммерческих процессов, являясь также посредником данных, чтобы способствовать принятию решений, которые помогут улучшить нашу коммерческую эффективность.
- Роль будет прямо взаимодействовать с коммерческими лидерами, что позволит вам понять бизнес Property Finder в разных рынках и работать с различными командами, чтобы внести изменения.

**Основные обязанности**:
Понимание рынка и клиента:

- Проводить анализ для понимания коммерческих возможностей, изучая сегментацию клиентов и детальные показатели результативности в разных странах, чтобы выявить области для улучшения в наших операциях;
- Предложить рамковую сегментацию клиентов, учитывающую структуру рынка и ключевые факторы ценности для максимизации предложения ценности, при этом осознавая динамику изменения сегмента;
- Помогать разрабатывать и обновлять 1-летний план коммерческой стратегии, работая с менеджерами стран, чтобы составить планы, позволяющие оптимизировать рост;
- Исследовать возможности для смежных источников дохода и сотрудничать с поперечными функциональными командами для создания синергии;
Коммерческие процессы и показатели результативности:

- Понять текущее состояние продуктивности продаж, установить метрики для повышения возможностей продаж и дать рекомендации по увеличению эффективности коммерческих команд;
- Содействовать улучшению процессов в коммерческой функции для соответствия лучшим практикам и организационным стандартам (включая, но не ограничиваясь, целями продаж, отчетностью о результативности, схемой комиссий, структурой вознаграждения и прогнозированием продаж);

**Желаемые квалификации**:

- 3+ года опыта в управлении с акцентом на стратегию и развитие бизнеса
- 2-3 года опыта консультирования внутренними консалтинговыми командами
- Способность извлекать информацию из данных, переводить ее в четкие действенные рекомендации и представлять убедительные деловые предложения
