We are hiring for a **Sales Manager / Head of sales **to join our ever-growing luxury division. We pride ourselves on partnering with top UAE developers and providing a top-tier level of service to our valued clients. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. **Location**: Business Bay - Dubai.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Leading and managing a sales team in all aspects of off-plan property sales in the Dubai market.

Ø Establishing and nurturing relationships with our top-tier UAE developer partners during the planning phase.

Ø Ensuring legal and compliance documentation as per the UAE regulations is correctly handled for each transaction.

Ø Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.

Ø Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai.

Ø Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Ø Keeping abreast of Dubai's real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Ø Preparing regular and detailed reports on the status of off-plan projects.

Ø Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Ø Training, coaching, and motivating sales team members, setting sales targets, and monitoring the team's performance and metrics.

**Sales Manager Qualifications**:
Ø A minimum of 5 years of experience in Off Plan as a Sales manager or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE.

Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience of team management

Ø Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Ø Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.

Ø Familiarity with the UAE's real estate laws and regulations.

Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ø Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.

Ø Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

**Salary**: From AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 5 years (required)
- Real Estate: 5 years (required)
