Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**In this role, you will**:

- Head of EBS Collaboration as a business leader, will be responsible for designing and executing company and sector focused business growth strategy across the country to win market share and grow revenue per customer.
- The role holder would be responsible for the delivery of Wealth & Personal Banking solutions from EBS portfolio through active and robust collaboration between CMB and Global Banking Teams.
- Will work closely with relevant Sector/Business Heads within Corporate and Global Banking with the aim of building solutions which focuses on companies where holistic sales & services could be offered and clients can benefit from HSBC’s offerings.
- Manage and lead a team of Senior Employee Banking Account Managers who are focused delivering net customer growth through active portfolio management and delivering tailored solutions to Corporate Partners.
- Engage Outbound and digital teams across the bank to devise and execute WPB coverage strategy for New to Bank acquisitions and Relationship Management for existing customers.
- Provide UAE based leadership and engagement to corridor Sales and Relationship Management teams in order to delivery on International Referrals and Corridor plans.
- Engage with Regional Teams to promote and identify collaborative opportunities for International Corridors and EBS.
- Share key insights and market trends for the assigned sectors with WPB Senior Leadership. Insights would be inclusive of Credit Risk, Compliance, Fraud Prevention and Products-related.
- Monitor and control quality of customer sourcing, optimizing customer mix in line with WPB strategy and nPS to ensure we have strong customer advocacy.
- Increase market share through CLCM (Customer Life Cycle Management) and have a positive growth in EBS
Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:
**Knowledge / Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree is must to obtain visa in UAE
- A full understanding of the WPB Products, Propositions and Services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to EBS relationships
- Proven experience of managing client expectations especially high net worth individuals
- Knowledge of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions
- Strong understanding of HSBC Group, including cross business awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead large cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them
- Customer-centric approach
