Executive Assistant to CEO

Currently we are hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team in Dubai.
The Project office DMCC in JLT is working into specific international real estate and grows yearly.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and create documentation for presentations
- Maintain and improve electronic and hard copy filing system
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, attending in person to document decisions and track actions
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly schedule of the CEO and furnish required information/documentation for meetings/appointments
- produce reports as required
- Representing the CEO by assisting meetings on his behalf
- Providing Administrative support to new start-ups within our group
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders on updates
- Act as point of contact between employees and HR for visas and issuance of letters and certificates
- save documents in an organized way so that you can present them at any time.
- solid computer skills and be familiar with the recent way of working with CRM's, microsoft teams, google drive, links and apps.
You will also oversee the running of the office and give support to the team.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
