An IT Technical Support professional is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees who are experiencing technical issues with software, hardware, or other computer systems.

Position: IT Technical Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify problems, and provide solutions or workarounds as needed
- Assist with network and server maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Provide training and support to users on how to use hardware and software effectively and efficiently
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and systems
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT technical support or a related field
- Experience with network and server administration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound decisions under pressure
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

**Cybersecurity experience is preferred**
**AI experience is HIGHLY preferred**
**Graphic design skills is preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
