IT Support

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support with CCNA certification and proficiency in English to join our dynamic team. If you also have CCNP certification, it will be considered an additional advantage. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure. Your expertise in networking, along with your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support requests.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of hardware, software, and network resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CCNA certification is required, and CCNP certification is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in providing IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive approach to learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
