**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
- Offer end-user training and support, ensuring they can utilize technology effectively.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an IT Support Staff.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
