**About the Role**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Actively supporting One&Only, SIRO and Rarefinds CRM initiatives.
- Work closely with the Atlantis CRM team ensuring the CRM platforms supports all Kerzner brands.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales cloud, CDP, personalization tool and other platforms that support and enable CRM communication or enhancement of the guest data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with marketing, operations and reservations.
- Utilize Salesforce platform to manage guest data, segment customers, and personalize communications.
- Be the first point of contact for external vendors and partners to support development, enhancement and managed services.
- Support IT with development that will trigger CRM communication, enrich CRM data or is CRM driven.
- Collaborate with multiple brand teams for the set up and execution of marketing communication.
- Set up and maintain always on journeys.
- Support critical transactional communication.
- A/B testing and actively seek opportunities to improve engagement.
- Campaign engagement reporting.
- Thorough participation in user acceptance testing where the CRM data supports or is affected by development.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

**Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM within the hospitality industry.
- Detail-orientated with focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
